Today's focus
Consistency

Most rec pickleball points end with an unforced error on an easy, neutral ball, such as a dink into the net or a drop that floats, not with a winner.

  • Swing smoothly on easy balls; don't slow down and guide.
  • Three net misses in a row? Raise your arc.
  • Neutral ball: just put it back low or deep.
Today's challengeMake no more than 2 unforced errors into the net per game for 3 straight games.

Three taps. That's the whole app.

1

Tap where you're going

Gym, open play, or a match. That's the only choice you make.

2

Follow the plan

A 10-minute warm-up and one skill to work on before games, or a 45–60 minute gym session. Every exercise says how to do it.

3

Watch yourself improve

Check off exercises, log your weights and note how games went. Your weekly streak, personal bests and challenge hit rate build up as you go, on your phone and your computer.

One plan for every kind of day

Gym

Stronger legs for staying low, a quicker first step, and a body that holds up through long open-play sessions.

Sample: Goblet Squats · 20 reps × 3

Open play

One skill per session, three things to think about, and a challenge you can count. Better than just “playing more.”

Sample: Good drop? Move in. Short or high? Hold and reset.

Match day

What to do before the match, between points, and when the other team goes on a run.

After every error: “Exhale, paddle up: next ball.”

Pickleball words, explained

A few you'll hear in your first week. Or browse all 21 skills, beginner to advanced.

The kitchen
The 7-foot zone on each side of the net. You can't volley while standing in it.
Dink
A soft shot that lands in the other team's kitchen.
Third-shot drop
A soft shot after the return that gives your team time to get up to the net.
Reset
Turning a hard shot into a soft one to slow the point down.
The dark line is the net. Most points are won or lost in the yellow.

Built to keep you on the court

Pickleball injuries usually hit the same few places. The plan includes regular work to protect them.

Ankles

Balance and landing drills for quick side-to-side moves.

Knees

Leg strength so you can stay low at the kitchen line.

Shoulders

Band and stability work for overheads and long sessions.

Questions

I just started playing. Is this for me?

Yes. Two quick questions when you start put you at the right level, each plan explains what to do in plain words, and you can scale any exercise down. If something feels too advanced, email us and tell us; we're shaping the beginner experience with player feedback.

Do I need a gym membership?

No. Gym days are built for a regular gym (dumbbells, a barbell, cables, bands, a medicine ball and a box), but tap Home and every exercise that needs equipment or a partner is swapped for a bodyweight one. All you need is a floor, a wall, a chair and a towel.

I'm over 50. Is it safe for me?

The plan includes regular mobility and injury-prevention work, and you choose the weights and number of sets. Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Open it in your phone's browser and add it to your home screen. Your progress syncs with your computer.

How do I cancel?

Tap Billing in the app and cancel there. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
